The Wildland firefighter Foundation Prineville Hotshot Memorial run took place on June 6th, 2009.
Thank you to all who participated in the 16th annual Prineville Hotshot Memorial Firefighter Run that was held on June 6, 2009! The ongoing family tradition at this year’s 8K and 5K running & walking event was a great success. The run/walk this year had over 300 participants with the run raising over $6000.00 for the Wildland Firefighter Foundation. The race has become an annual fun family event with a competitive 5 and 8K run, a nice family walk and a kid’s fun run. All the proceeds benefiting the Wildland Firefighter Foundation raised at this year’s race would not have been possible without recognizing the corporate donors from Columbia Helicopter Inc., Eagle Wings Inc. and National Fire Fighter Corp. Thanks you so much for your generous donations, and thanks to all who came out for a beautiful day in Central Oregon.
